Our garden - and the children!

We are so lucky to have a wonderful garden outside our house. Not a whole lot of grass, more the Namibian red sand, but lots of space for the kids to play. The kids favourite thing to do in the garden include climbing (and falling off) the big tree, playing in the sand with Eriks cars and animals or playing tag and hide and seek. Gabriel is always happy to play with the older kids, and he really enjoys the fun and action! Kids come from the whole neighbourhood to play here, one day it might only be one or two kids, the next it could be ten or twelve! Kids here are often left to themselves walking the streets, so being able to come to someones house and just be kids, playing and having fun, is quite the treat!
